July is a great time to book your stay in one of our luxury lake houses. Our private reserve is abundant in wildlife at this time of year and the weather is fantastic. It’s a great time to travel as a family with the kids not at school and there’s something for everyone here at our lake. Whether you love long walks and nature trails, watersports and wild swimming, or just doing nothing at all but winding down in your lakeside hot tub, Log House Holidays is perfect for couples, families and special group holidays alike. Our holiday homes are truly secluded too; with just 8 log houses tucked away in private areas of our 130 acre nature reserve. So despite being fully booked all year round, you’ll still feel like you’re the only ones here.
A luxury log cabin, a boat, a lake and a hot tub – what more could you ask for? This is an idyllic place for families. If you are looking for a family holiday and are wondering if this is the place – just book it!

Summer is a romantic time to be staying at your private lake house. Lazy days await – pottering around in the boat, enjoying picnics and lounging on the end of the pier or on your hidden lake beach. Evenings can be spent watching sunsets while soaking in the hot tub or sitting round the intimate fire pit. Books and board games are also in your cabin in case you want to try a midweek break away without any technology! If it’s your honeymoon or you want to surprise your other half with something special, we also have a number of optional extras that can be easily arranged. How about some spa robes waiting on your bed, champagne and chocolates on arrival to drink in the hot tub or a spontaneous spa massage from the comforts of your Cotswold holiday cottage…

And don’t forget, our dog friendly retreats, mean you can bring your furry friends along for some great outdoor fun.
