The lake offers great catches of Pike, Perch, Tench, Rudd and Roach. Our fishing permits do not include fishing tackle. For those without their own equipment, we can recommend our local fishing shop, The Tackle Den. Permits need to be arranged in advance of your stay in order that we can advise our fishing bailiff. Please note that the lake does have high weed from the months of May – Oct and we recommend using surface lures during this period.
