The Original Log House Getaway

Lake Springs House was our first holiday cabin and is situated in a stunning position which overlooks a half-mile stretch of water and islands. This magical getaway has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. It is ideal for holidays with kids, romantic escapes and for small groups of friends. The two bedrooms can be made up as either doubles, singles or as a combination. This house is surrounded by a beautiful lawn where a number of specimen trees are planted, adding to the picturesque views. The wild cherry trees around this cabin also hold gorgeous blossom in the spring.

Your Secluded Lake Cabin

This log cabin has an open plan living area with a cosy Clearview wood burning stove. Comfy sofas and the eating area both over look the long lake views which make this holiday house so popular. The property also has one modern bathroom with power shower and bath, and a fully equipped kitchen finished with modern appliances for all your self-catering needs. With no other cabin in sight you will feel totally secluded. Lake Springs House is South East facing so gets beautiful sunrises that can be enjoyed from the decked veranda and hot tub. From here, steps take you down to your private beach and jetty where you’ll find your rowing boat. The decking area comes complete with outdoor furniture so it’s a great place for al fresco dining. A rocking swing, outdoor BBQ and outdoor fire pit are also fun features of this holiday cabin. All of our pet friendly holiday cabins are ideal for those with dogs and there is plenty of space for everyone to run around.

Home From Holiday Home In The Cotswolds

Not only does Lake Springs House come with its own romantic rowing boat and private beach so you can make the most of the lake, but home comforts haven’t been forgotten either. Your log cabin includes a 22” flat screen Freeview TV and DVD player, WiFi, a board games cupboard and a mini library for those lazy midweek holidays when you just wish to unwind indoors. The bed linen is luxury Egyptian cotton and our large bath towels really make you feel like you’re on holiday. You will also have 2 wooden boxes of logs included with your booking and we can bring more if requested. Finally you will also find a pair of binoculars for bird watching and otter spotting for those interested in seeing the abundant nature that you share the lake with.
