Established in 1994, Gloucestershire Rally School offers its award winning Rally Driving Experiences to anyone looking for an unforgettable adrenaline filled day. Their gravel rally track is located in the Cotswold Water Park and has been designed to offer drivers lots of freedom whilst learning how to control a car sliding on marbles! They have intentionally chosen a site without typical rally obstacles such as trees, walls, boulders so that their instructors can give you a free rein to really throw the cars around. The cars which they use have a proven rally pedigree as well – Citroen C2s which are built to the same spec as those used on the National Championship they run. The cars are light and nimble which, again, means that instructors will actively encourage you to explore the limits. By the end of an exciting experience day, you’ll be sliding spectacularly around hairpins and flicking the car into and out of the S bends in true rally style.
If you are looking for a disabled friendly day out they also have an adapted rally car designed specially for disabled drivers. Using a paddle shift gear change system on the steering wheel and hand levers to control the pedals.
