We’re delighted to welcome the four-legged members of your family to our dog-friendly log cabins. Not only that, we want them to enjoy every moment of their time here. That’s why we’ve given lots of thought to making their stay seem like a home-from-home. Plus, acres of open woodland and a private lake ensure they’ll be in their element. It’s a doggy paradise!
Such a great place to enjoy with all the family – including our two dogs! Lots of great walks and places to explore. Thank you so much Anthony.
Four-legged friends welcome.
Each one of our eight pet-friendly log cabins is set up for doggy stays, at just £40 per pet. That means you can happily bring along dog bowls, toys and beds to make sure they’re comfortable. In fact, dogs love us so much that their owners recommended us in the ‘Where to Stay’ guide for ‘Your Dog’ magazine.
Time for walkies.
Don’t forget your dog lead! Our 2.5-mile lakeside trail will take you and your dog on an exciting journey along the waterfront and into wild woodlands. There’s a whole host of sights (and smells) for your dog to discover.
Open space to enjoy.
Our dog-friendly holidays are all set within a stunning 130-acre nature reserve. All that space means there’s plenty of room for your dog to run, jump and play. There’s even a four-acre field that’s just the place for games of ‘fetch’.
If you have a homely dog, they’ll love nothing better than curling up and getting cosy inside our cabins. They’re built with Baltic pine logs, which means they will be a warm retreat after winter walkies. Yet they are also cool enough in the summer to keep your dog at a comfy temperature.
Dive right in.
Our idyllic private lake is the perfect place for doggy paddling. With no noisy motorboats out on our lake, there’s nothing to stop them splashing in. We’re proud to be a part of the Cotswold Water Park, an extensive region of lakes that is a haven to a rich array of wildlife. We highly recommend walking to the source of the Thames whilst staying with us – a great afternoon’s adventure.
Back to dog school.
Whilst enjoying a pet-friendly holiday why not book a dog-training course with our specialist dog trainer, Keith Fallon, who has featured on BBC’s Countryfile. There’s a lot for your canine to brush up on, including obedience, retrieval and recall.
A paradise for pooches.
Our lake is certified as a Special Site of Scientific Interest (SSSI). It simply means there’s an abundance of wildlife and rich natural diversity. For dogs who brave the water, they’ll be paddling into a paradise that’s home to otters, waterfowl, dragonflies and more.
Based in the heart of the Cotswolds, our rural reserve is just 90 minutes from London and within easy reach of the M4 and M5. Your four-legged friends won’t need to worry about a long, stressful car journey to reach their favourite holiday destination!
