Please note that the Deposit payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation or movement of booked dates.

The balance of hire will be due for payment 8 weeks before the holiday commencement date. LHH reserve the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received less than 14 days before the holiday commencement date.

Once a confirmation of booking has been received by LHH, the hirer is responsible for the total advertised price of the property and extras as shown on the confirmation of booking.
  5. Booking Cancellation.
So long as written notice of cancellation is received by LHH not less than 10 weeks before the holiday commencement date, hirers will not be held liable to pay the full balance of hire, but will forfeit their deposit. Should LHH be successful in rehiring the holiday at the same cost, a cancellation fee of £100 will be payable to cover administration costs. 14. Music & Parties
LOG HOUSE HOLIDAY cabins are wonderful places to celebrate a special occasion such as a 25 th wedding anniversary or a special birthday. However, please note that all our cabins are situated around a Special Site of Scientific Interest, designated by Natural England on account of the wildlife and flora which flourish here. To preserve this wildlife and in the interests of other resident guests AND OUR NEIGHBOURS, please do not play music outside of the cabins. Music can of course be played inside the cabins providing the windows and doors are kept closed. We ask guests to appreciate that the sound of shouting also travels very easily across the water. PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM YOUNG STUDENT GROUPS. We have assured Natural England that the number of resident guests on this Special Site will not fluctuate greatly from the maximum number of bed spaces. It is therefore not possible to invite additional guests to your cabin without discussing this with us first and obtaining our permission
  15. Change of Booked & Confirmed Dates
Assuming your arrival dates are in excess of 2 months, a change in booked and confirmed dates will incur an administrative charge of £ 100. A change of booked and confirmed dates within 2 months of arrival will forfeit the deposit payment.
